Beccy
Meet Beccy, our dedicated Yoga and Pilates instructor with over ten years of teaching experience. She holds a Master's Degree in Organisational Psychology and a Diploma in Cognitive Behavioural Hypnotherapy, allowing her to connect everyday career stresses with overall emotional well-being and physical health. Additionally, Beccy is pre- and post-natal qualified, ensuring she can support all stages of motherhood. Join her classes to enhance your mind-body connection and find balance in life. Beccy has recently returned from a 2 month advanced training stint in India where she attended Rishikul Yogshala Rishikesh, one of the oldest and largest schools of Rishikesh.

With over 20 years experience in the fitness industry, Tony has a passion for helping others achieve their fitness goals. He is dedicated to empowering our clients to reach their full potential. Tony specialises in weightlifting and strength classes and personalised training programs for one to one training. He is a qualified fitness coach and personal trainer. Whether you're a beginner on your weight loss and fitness journey or an experienced athlete Tony is committed to providing the guidance, accountability and encouragement you need to succeed.

Where we meet for classes

Where we meet - The London Peace Pagoda Battersea Park
Enter Battersea Park by any of its entrances, walk towards the River Thames. When you get to the river, the Peace Pagoda is set over looking the Thames, about halfway between Albert Bridge & Chelsea Bridge. We meet the River Thames side of the Pagoda.
Car Park
The nearest car park is Carriage Dr N, London SW11 4BE, which is accessed from the Chelsea Bridge entrance A3216
